Townhall Meetings & Meet the Candidates
The DAMA International® Election Town Halls provide members with a unique opportunity to engage directly with candidates running for leadership positions.
These live Q&A sessions allow Individual Professional Members (IPMs) and Chapter representatives to:

Learn about each candidate’s vision, experience, and qualifications.

Ask questions about their priorities, leadership approach, and goals for DAMA International®.

Hear how candidates plan to contribute to DAMA-I’s strategic direction and global community.
Town Halls are designed to promote transparency and informed voting, ensuring that members can make educated choices in the election.
Schedule
Between October 8-16, 2025
Three virtual town hall sessions will be held, moderated by the Chair of the Governance & Nominations Committee.
Each session will focus on a different group of candidates:
1️ Vice President Candidates (for Chapters)
2️ Chapter Director Candidates (for Chapters)
3️ At-Large Board Candidates (for Individual Professional Members)
Candidates will introduce themselves, present their vision for DAMA International®,
and answer questions from members.
The Town hall dates and times will be available when confirmed.

For members who cannot attend live, recordings will be made available on the DAMA-I election website.
These sessions ensure that all members have the opportunity to engage with candidates, regardless of time zones or availability.
